These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Okin Oracle (the "Service"), provided by Okin Holdings. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Okin Oracle is an AI-powered creator opportunity engine. It analyses user-submitted data, public social media signals and self-reported business information to produce business intelligence reports.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under it. You must provide accurate information, including your country, contact details and creator or brand profile.
You may not misuse the Service, submit data you are not authorised to submit, or use the Service to harm, harass or defraud others.
You retain ownership of your content and IP. Okin Holdings does not claim ownership of creator intellectual property. By submitting data you grant Okin Holdings a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating your reports and improving the Service.
Paid tiers are charged in Nigerian Naira through Paystack. Reports are unlocked after successful payment confirmation. Refunds are at Okin Holdings' sole discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms. You may delete your data at any time from Settings.
